Compensation:

Commission-only with uncapped earning potential; top performers earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually,

based on current funding volume, with higher earnings achievable through increased production

A Day in the Life of the ISO Relations Manager In this role, you’ll focus on building, managing, and growing a national network of ISO and broker partners within the Merchant Cash Advance industry. You’ll act as the main point of contact for ISOs, ensuring smooth deal flow from submission through funding while supporting both external partners and internal teams. Your work directly fuels the company’s growth, market share, and funding volume.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)

Developing and managing a national broker network within the MCA industry

Overseeing ISO deal flow from submission through funding

Tracking performance metrics, funding volume, and portfolio quality

Serving as the primary liaison between ISOs and internal teams

Providing ongoing support and guidance to ISOs and internal ISO managers

Driving consistent production while meeting or exceeding volume targets

Requirements and Qualifications

2+ years of Merchant Cash Advance industry experience

Existing book of business with established broker and ISO relationships

Proven success selling alternative finance products

Highly self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Energetic, outgoing personality comfortable in a fast-paced environment
