Overview
Our client, a well known name in beauty, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a freelance position (40 hours a week) that is hybrid onsite 3 days a week. This position will help execute day-to-day brand and go-to-market initiatives across digital, social, influencer, retail, and email channels. The ideal candidate is early in their marketing career, deeply passionate about skincare, understands how consumers engage, and is highly organized with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, and email. Assist in coordinating launch calendars, timelines, and marketing milestones; maintain and update shared marketing calendars in Outlook. Partner closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing, and cross-functional teams (creative, e-commerce, product, retail) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on brand. Help manage content and asset routing, ensuring correct approvals and version control for marketing materials. Support influencer and social initiatives, including tracking content, organizing deliverables, and compiling performance recaps. Assist with email marketing coordination, including briefing, QA, and post-send performance tracking. Prepare presentations, recaps, and reports in PowerPoint, synthesizing data and insights for internal stakeholders. Maintain organized trackers and basic reporting in Excel (e.g., calendars, budgets, performance summaries, asset lists). Contribute to product and ingredient education tools, ensuring messaging is accurate, consumer-friendly, and aligned with brand voice. Support day-to-day needs of a large marketing organization, providing structure and follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or related roles (beauty, skincare, or CPG experience a plus). Genuine passion for skincare and strong curiosity about ingredients, actives, and consumer education. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills (verbal and written); comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Professional, presentable, and confident in cross-functional and leadership-facing settings. Proficiency with Outlook (especially calendar and email management). Working knowledge of Excel (organizing data, basic formulas, trackers) and PowerPoint (building and editing presentations).
