This luxury interior design firm is looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team of professionals. This firm prides itself on having a collaborative team environment. Y ou must live in the Los Angeles area (Westwood) to apply for this position. Responsibilities
Assist the Principal and the Senior Design team with interior design tasks Act as support for client meetings and presentations, to include digital visual boards, ordering samples, and all other meeting needs Work with the design team to generate proposals on Studio Designer Oversee tracking of furniture orders to ensure on-time arrivals. Ensure smooth communication with vendors and contractors. Maintain consistent communication with suppliers, furniture showrooms, and workrooms Assist in preparations for installations. Manage the office schedule on a daily and weekly basis. Attend site visits as needed with the design team Fulfill any other tasks delegated by the team Qualifications
An associate's, bachelor's, or interior design certificate. Relevant design experience will be accepted An ability to multitask on designated duties simultaneously. Experience managing communication between clients, vendors, contractors, and the design team. Studio Designer experience is a plus. Experience managing schedules for a team/office. Have a positive and team-inclusive mindset. Previous experience with an interior design firm is required. Details
