to drive growth in our luxury residential technology business. This role combines

consultative sales, business development, and technical expertise

in high-end home technology solutions. Responsibilities

Sell luxury residential AV, home automation, lighting, and shading solutions Develop new business through networking, referrals, and industry partnerships Build relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders Lead client consultations, site visits, and system presentations Manage opportunities from initial lead through contract close What You Bring (Qualifications)

3+ years of residential AV or smart home sales experience Strong knowledge of Crestron / Crestron Home and Lutron lighting & shading systems Proven ability to generate new business and close high-value projects Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why Join Us
