Marketing Specialist
who can connect strategy to execution and ideas to measurable results. This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
for someone who understands how marketing fuels sales, vertical growth, and revenue—and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. In this role, you will help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy across key verticals including
Life Sciences, Energy, and Construction , while also owning day-to-day marketing initiatives that support lead generation, sales enablement, supplier partnerships, and brand visibility. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, leadership, and supplier partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with real business priorities—not just activities. If you’re both a

What You’ll Do Go-to-Market & Growth Initiatives · Support the development, documentation, and execution of go-to-market strategies across key verticals · Translate business objectives and sales priorities into coordinated, actionable marketing campaigns ·Ensure marketing efforts are tied to revenue goals, vertical growth, and customer segments · Develop and execute supplier co-op marketing initiatives aligned with growth goals ·Coordinate timelines, branding, approvals, and deliverables with supplier partners ·Track participation, assets, and performance to ensure visibility and accountability Sales Enablement & Brand Assets · Maintain accurate, consistent, and effective sales and brand collateral ·Audit and refresh materials to ensure alignment with branding, messaging, and offerings ·Develop sales enablement tools that support customer-facing and internal teams ·Gather feedback from Sales to improve messaging and asset effectiveness continuously Lead Generation & Campaigns (MQLs) · Support campaigns designed to generate and nurture marketing-qualified leads ·Partner with Sales to align campaigns with quarterly priorities and revenue goals ·Track performance and optimize messaging, targeting, and offers Email Marketing · Plan and execute recurring email communications for product updates, supplier initiatives, and company messaging · Monitor engagement metrics and support continuous improvement Social Media (LinkedIn Focus) ·Manage and grow Quest’s LinkedIn presence ·Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand, culture, certifications, and customer value ·Monitor engagement and benchmark competitor activity Digital Content & Website Support · Support website updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and sales effectiveness ·Assist with landing pages, product content, SEO updates, and digital storytelling · Maintain a centralized library of approved marketing and sales assets ·Ensure materials are organized, current, accessible, and aligned with sales strategy Reporting & Performance · Compile campaign and program data ·Assist with performance summaries to support leadership decision-making What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or related degree with relevant internship experience) 1+ year of experience in a marketing or related role Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro); Email marketing and social media platforms; SEO tools; Salesforce, SmartLead AI, and Microsoft Office Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business and revenue goals Excellent organization, time management, and project coordination skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Detail-oriented with a creative, problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in a B2B environment Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Why Join Quest?
