This LATAM Marketing Co-op will support the Latin America Social Media Team across key initiatives, with a strong focus on social-first marketing, community engagement, and market intelligence. This role is ideal for someone connected to Latin American culture, passionate about social media, and eager to help build meaningful brand relationships across LATAM markets. You will be a primary liaison between our brand and the Latin American community of customers, followers, and fans, nurturing relationships, facilitating conversations, and fostering a positive online environment while supporting strategic marketing initiatives across the region. Responsibilities
Implement and support community engagement strategies to grow LATAM online communities across platforms (social media, forums, online groups) Monitor and respond to community feedback in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (if possible), representing our brand voice Stay up to date on LATAM social media trends and community management best practices Create and curate engaging content including posts, polls, contests, and activations Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product to share insights and advocate for LATAM needs Identify opportunities for user-generated content, testimonials, and case studies in LATAM Assist on special projects supporting regional marketing strategies Track and analyze sentiment and engagement metrics to inform future strategies Attributes & Skills
Education: Current student in an associate, bachelor\'s, master\'s, or doctorate program, or recent graduate Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week with at least 3 onsite days in NYC Fluent Spanish required Portuguese proficiency (conversational+) a strong plus Strong connection to Latin American culture preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and diplomatic conflict-resolution skills Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools Creative thinking, problem-solving, proactive and results-driven Passion for the brand and community engagement Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment SharkNinja success drivers: Rarely Satisfied — no delays in delivering market needs Progress over Perfection — quick, iterative progress Details Make the Difference — coordinate timelines and deliverables Winning is a Team Sport — cross-functional collaboration Communicate for Impact — effective communication with all levels Salary & Benefits
