Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supports the regional and retailer specific Shopper Marketing team members to develop account and regional marketing initiatives that build brand equity and achieve business objectives.

Develops decks that effectively communicate and helps sell-in Sales and Marketing initiatives to both internal partners and external customers.

Tracks project milestones, documents key decisions, and communicates updates to the team.

Collabora with the Shopper Experience team to develop and implement near-term innovation projects that are both Retailer and/or Regional specific.

Evaluates and provides feedback on the creative aspects of program and POP development for direct reports and others as requested.

Represent the broader Marketing team on cross-functional project teams to work on key business initiatives as requested.

Establishes and maintains relationships and engagement with external agencies and subject matter experts on behalf of the Shopper Marketing team.

Education and Experience

BA/BS degree

Five (5) years of project management or marketing experience in a CPG, retail, foodservice or related industry.

Graphic Design experience is a plus.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Experience with formal project management methodologies preferred, with ability to recommend the appropriate project management tools for the team.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and prioritize projects along with ongoing ad-hoc requests and/or initiatives.

Capable of seeing the big picture business and marketing strategies as well as managing the executional project details.

Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Highly collaborative approach.
