We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager who can bring the brand to life at the local level in

Austin, TX , with the potential to grow into managing marketing efforts across multiple markets. You’ll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground brand champion—planning engaging Happenings, developing strategic partnerships, managing influencer and media relationships, and driving regional buzz that gets people through our doors.

Base Salary: $65K - $70K with bonus (based on meeting venue‑specific sales goals)

Marketing & Brand Support

Achieve venue‑specific revenue goals through local programming, partnerships and executing national marketing initiatives.

Localize and execute national marketing initiatives in partnership with the corporate marketing team.

Manage local marketing budget in partnership with corporate marketing team.

Ensure brand voice and standards are consistently represented across all local marketing efforts.

Deliver regular performance updates, recaps, and recommendations for continued improvement.

Support digital marketing efforts as needed, including contributing to social media content, Klaviyo email campaigns, and website updates to reflect local events and initiatives.

Programming Planning & Execution

Collaborate with Director of Programming to plan, promote, and execute regional Happenings, in‑venue activations, and community pop‑ups that increase awareness and guest traffic.

Align local programming with national campaigns while tailoring experiences to each market’s unique culture and audience.

Own the full event lifecycle—from concept to execution to recap—with a strong focus on ROI and guest experience.

Local Partnerships & Community Engagement

Build and manage partnerships with local organizations, artists, non‑profits, event producers, and neighborhood businesses.

Identify and develop co‑marketing and sponsorship opportunities that deepen community roots and expand brand reach.

Act as a brand ambassador at local events, networking functions, and regional activations.

Influencer & Media Relations

Cultivate and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and media outlets across multiple markets.

Coordinate earned media opportunities, including press coverage, interviews, and event attendance.

Oversee influencer collaborations, from outreach and negotiation to content review and performance tracking.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing, PR, events, or brand management, preferably in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or lifestyle.

Demonstrated success in managing multi‑market marketing campaigns or regional field marketing.

Strong background in event planning, partnership development, and local PR/influencer outreach.

Deep knowledge of local culture, trends, and media/influencer ecosystems in assigned region(s).

Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and relationship building.

Ability to travel within the region to support on‑site initiatives.

Ability to travel to Dallas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting multi‑location brands or regional field marketing programs.

Working knowledge of social media strategy, email marketing, and event promotion tools.

Existing network of local media contacts and influencers.

Must be 21 years old and over
