Who We Need As our Brand Designer on the Marketing team, you will define how Rillet shows up in the world. This role exists to make Rillet feel unmistakable: modern, opinionated, and culturally ahead of the market. You will lead creative brand storytelling and campaign execution that turns a traditionally conservative industry into something people actually want to engage with. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, culture, and business impact.

We’re looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.

What You’ll Do

Own Rillet’s brand voice and creative expression across channels

Concept and launch bold, culturally relevant brand campaigns that break B2B norms

Translate complex finance and accounting concepts into sharp, modern storytelling

Build high-performing social and short-form content that drives organic engagement

Partner with founders and GTM leaders to turn strong POVs into standout brand moments

Experiment rapidly with new formats, visuals, and platforms while maintaining trust and credibility

Shape Rillet’s presence at events, conferences, and cultural moments within the finance ecosystem

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand, creative, content, or cultural marketing roles, or equivalent portfolio-driven experience

Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on brand and storytelling

Ability to execute end-to-end without relying on agencies

Deep understanding of internet culture and how to translate it into professional environments

Video experience, specifically with Adobe Suite, After Effects, and ideally Davinci Resolve (or similar)

Comfort moving fast, testing ideas, and iterating publicly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or contributing to a culturally relevant brand

Background in SaaS, fintech, media, or another fast-moving industry

Comfort being on camera or directing content creation

A portfolio that demonstrates originality, taste, and impact
