
What You’ll Do
Concept and design apparel graphics as part of full seasonal collections
Develop cohesive visual stories that translate across hoodies, tees, sweats, and accessories
Collaborate on color, graphic scale, placement, and material treatments to ensure consistency across a drop
Partner with marketing and creative teams to extend collection concepts into campaign assets, digital content, and promotional materials
Create graphics that feel intentional, current, and wearable for a women 18–22 audience
Support designs from concept through production, including clean, factory-ready files
Research trends, references, and competitive brands to inform creative direction
Maintain brand consistency while pushing ideas forward creatively
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in apparel graphic design within a lifestyle or streetwear brand
Strong creative point of view with the ability to think in collections and systems
Deep understanding of women’s lifestyle fashion and youth culture
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong sense of color, typography, and composition for apparel
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and production teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with fabrics, trims, and material-driven design
Familiarity with embroidery, screen printing, and specialty applications
Experience creating marketing or campaign graphics alongside product
Knowledge of apparel production and print processes
