In the role of Transformation Communications Manager, you’ll lead and drive change management communication efforts. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Director, you will take the lead in developing and launching strategies that help employees confidently navigate change and actively engage key stakeholders at every step. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities. You’ll partner closely with our Technology office to roll out tools that redefine how employees work and impact the future of the organization. Lead and execute internal communication strategies and plans for enterprise-wide transformation efforts, primarily focusing on employee-facing technology and policies. Develop a strong understanding of target audiences and tactics that align with project strategies to reach audiences with the right information and channels. Develop proficiency with internal communications platforms and channels to effectively advise stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Push boundaries by experimenting with innovative approaches and implementing the methods that deliver the most value. Write, edit and/or publish content across multiple mediums as needed. Contribute to enterprise-wide campaigns and events alongside colleagues as a key member of HDR’s Global Communications team. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications. Experience specifically in change management communications. Experience developing and drafting communications, turning complex information into relevant, timely and valuable content for broad audiences. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze and utilize data to improve internal communications. Demonstrated organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple complex projects and work streams end to end. Demonstrated experience of adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, prioritizing work, and planning time effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful work. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and enterprise communication platforms. Experience advising and influencing leadership-level stakeholders. Deep experience with technology-specific terminology and functions. Expertise using AI and data in your own work and evangelizing the capabilities with colleagues. Demonstrated understanding of modern content distribution methods, including targeting, personalization and two-way communication. Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP). Required Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience, including management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently with multiple teams as well as team oriented Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills Great interpersonal and communication skills - positive outlook and attitude High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Comfortable and competent while working with senior leaders and managing cross-functional efforts Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Committed to quality, continuous improvement, and HDR values Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite What We Believe

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
