The Digital Marketing Manager will demonstrate a clear understanding of business needs and goals to plan and execute digital marketing strategies that deliver excellent results and ROI. This role works collaboratively to coordinate and manage digital campaigns to implement a winning marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Create and execute digital marketing strategies

Perform keyword, competitor, industry, and content development research

Optimize paid ad campaigns and manage ad spend

Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including website strategy, budget, design, and social media

Track KPIs through digital analytics and reporting to ensure strategies are achieving client objectives and producing ROI

Manage the call tracking platform

Execute continual research and learning to stay aware of trends within the industry

Prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately to meet short and long-term deadlines

Proficient with graphic design with the ability to create visual concepts

Manage the digital marketing calendar

Maintain online presence and reputation of the company

Working closely with marketing to establish and maintain brand awareness and consistency

Qualifications

3-5 years of digital marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital design, media communications, web design & development, or related field

Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production

Clear understanding of SEO, content writing, and online advertising strategy and execution

Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign

Experience managing social media campaigns and knowledge of social media marketing preferred

Project Management Experience preferred

Creative thinker with the ability to manage and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and well organized

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

CDL No CDL Required
