is seeking an experienced and driven Business Unit Manager to lead the Silicon Carbide (SiC) Bare Die Product Line within the SiC Power Division. This role focuses on developing wafer products (bare dice) for traction inverter applications in electric vehicles (EVs) and other high-power systems (100–400 kW).
This person will oversee product strategy, cross-functional execution, and key customer relationships with major Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of industry-leading SiC solutions while driving business growth and maintaining market leadership. Additionally, you will report to the Sr. Director Business Unit and lead a small team of high-performance professionals that interact with leaders and executives across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Define and validate the SiC die portfolio for automotive applications in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs aligned with business objectives.
Manage relationships with key EV OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Oversee product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality and compliance.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product strategy and innovation.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to achieve financial targets.
Present program updates to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
