Our signature pants system delivers up to 33% more massage coverage than traditional boots.

Role Overview We’re expanding in Florida and looking for an experienced 1099 Independent Sales Representative with an existing local network to grow B2B partnerships. This is an non-exclusive, commission-only opportunity for relationship-driven reps who know how to build and manage long-term accounts.

Primary focus: clinics, DME/compression providers, lymphedema & vein clinics

Additional opportunities: med spas/wellness, PT/chiro, sports recovery & boutique fitness

Comfortable explaining mediacal-adjacent products clearly and responsibly

What You’ll Do

Prospect, open, and manage qualified B2B accounts in Florida

Run demos, introductions, and follow-ups

Educate partners on Flowell positioning and use cases (non-clinical)

Forward customer purchase orders to Flowell

Support partners before and after sale (non-clinical)

Maintain pipeline visibility and communicate regularly with the Flowell team

Participate in local events, demos, and community activations

You do not set pricing or commercial terms

You do not sign contracts on Flowell’s behalf

You do not sell into excluded mass-market or unauthorized channels

You do not represent competing compression therapy products

12.5% commission on Net Sales Amount

Net Sales Amount is calculated based on the product’s standard website list price excluding taxes and shipping.

Temporary promotions, discounts, or special offers do not reduce the commission base - Sales representative commission is always calculated on the base list price.

Paid monthly, 30 days after customer payment is received

No cap | 100% commission (no base salary)

All expenses are self-covered

1099 independent contractor, non-exclusive

Training & Support

Structured onboarding and product training by the Flowell team

Sales materials, pricing, demos, and product education provided

30/60/90-day ramp plan (goals, target accounts, suggested outreach cadence)

Ongoing support, updates, and collaboration

Deal support within 24–48h, weekly check-ins first 30 days
