Job Duties
Perform order entry and editing for orders.
Review and process orders with remote entry systems.
Process credits and re‑invoicing.
Provide basic support for all inquiries.
Research invoices to approve and/or deny.
Complete basic reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Very little to no travel and overnight stays unlikely
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a customer service environment
