Sales Counselor
join our team. This position is responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy goals of the community. You will be identifying prospective residents and furnishing them with marketing information about the residence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists in the organization and preparation of move-in, renewals and the move-out of our residents to ensure that the process is a positive experience Successfully manage and foster relationships with third party referral companies/businesses. Assists in resolution of resident concerns while always exhibiting excellent customer service Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills PERSONAL QUALITIES
Flexible, innovative and demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment Assists in the handling of problems as they arise in relation to the operation of the community QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
