The Regional Sales Manager, Northeast is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the sales strategy within your assigned territory. You will be tasked with developing new sales channels and business opportunities across all Rollease Acmeda products to increase revenue while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your exceptional technical, communication and sales skills will position Rollease Acmeda as a leader in the market and within your specific customer base. You will be an ambitious and motivated sales individual with a goal-oriented approach.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Drive new product placements and gain market share for all Rollease Acmeda product lines

Understand market dynamics within Rollease Acmeda’s channel‑to‑market including competitors, fabricators, dealers, architects, installers and other industry players involved with the window coverings market

Continually build your market and product knowledge by taking assigned training provided by the company

Deliver channel partner training program including hands‑on, web‑based and on‑demand Learning Management System (LMS) based content

Obtain voice‑of‑the‑customer information from customers in order to best inform new product development

Through market analysis and in‑depth understanding of customer and competitor base, develop insights to quantify market size and share by vertical market, product line and channel

Through CRM, build a forward‑looking pipeline of new projects and product placements detailing revenue, probability and expected close dates

Create customer and product level forecasts leveraging historical sales, market trends and forward pipeline data analysis

Possess deep technical knowledge of products and solutions sold within the window coverings industry, including current and legacy products from Rollease Acmeda and competitors

Foster strategic relationships with key customers by owning management relationships as well as linking Rollease Acmeda employees to various departments and contacts at differing levels within our customer base

Deliver unique value proposition to the customer from a broad suite of motorization/automate, fabric and hardware offerings

Develop proposals by identifying themes and “selling points” and preparing various components such as executive summaries

Negotiate pricing and purchasing terms delivering a high close rate

Provide regular updates to Vice President of Sales regarding the execution of the strategy

Give customer presentations and demonstrations of products and solutions

Work closely with associates on the sales team. Coordinate efforts with Sales & Marketing, Product Managers or other Company departments to support territory objectives

Recommends actions required with fabricators, dealers, rep firms, installers, architects and designers within the territory

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading technical sales teams

Knowledge of CRM Management (Microsoft Dynamics) preferred

Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Nav) preferred

Ability to travel throughout U.S. Northeast Territory and Eastern Canada – Covering from New Jersey to Ohio up to Maine and Eastern Canada.

Proven track record of enabling sales teams by developing tools, systems, processes and training material to assist them in their day‑to‑day

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain rapport and work effectively cross‑functionally and with external customers (e.g., clients/customers, vendors)

Strong problem‑solving and critical‑analysis ability; able to make effective decisions and execute an appropriate course of action that exceeds customer expectations while supporting business objectives

Excellent attention to detail; time management, project management, and organizational skills; able to perform a wide variety of tasks and multi‑task efficiently
