You Will

Lead, train, and develop a growing sales and service team

Use KPIs to coach and guide improvement

Build strong client relationships

Identify inefficiencies and remove them quickly

Maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment

Use ServiceTitan, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Delegate effectively and keep the team aligned

Who This Is For This role fits someone who:

Has led teams of 20+ people

Uses technology comfortably

Compensation & Schedule Base:

$95K-$125K

Total Potential:

$200K+ with bonuses & equity

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
