Responsible for helping overall Frontline Teams exceed their goals. New Accounts Associate partners with Relationship Managers, Account Officers, Product Managers, and Sales Consultants on delivering the highest level of world class customer service to high-net-worth commercial customers. Communicates with clients and internal partners on a regular basis via phone, email, and in-person. In collaboration with Team Leaders, Relationship Managers, and internal business partners, meets client’s commercial and treasury management account expectations. Responsible for executing Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACA). Manage the DACA and Control account process, maintain and update procedures, and improving coding and reporting of DACA and Controlled accounts. Coordinate DACA reviews with Legal. Utilizing leadership skills, the New Accounts Associate will ensure that peers have the tools, resources, and support to delight all customers. Responsibilities

Assist frontline associates with account opening in complex commercial verticals such as Private Equity, Entertainment Finance, Corporate Banking, Commercial & Industrial, Structure Finance, Asset Based Financing, Sponsor Finance, Technology, Media Markets, and Capital Markets. Partner with Relationship Managers and other EWB professionals in other segments to acquire, expand and retain targeted client relationships. Work with GTP Management to produce and maintain presentations for

external use, with prospects, clients, service providers; and for conferences internal use, for presentations to Senior Management, Peers Groups, and Regulators

May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Review DACA and Control account agreements, and act as a liaison between East West Bank legal department, and Relationship Teams/Customers. Manage and maintain DACA and Controlled account list, agreements, and policy & procedures Working with complex commercial clients in conjunction with RMs, GTP Consultants, and back office support staff to put in place optimal operating account structures Working with clients, RMs, and BSA/DCI/KYC colleagues to obtain all appropriate documentation to clear business customer to open accounts at EWB Provide point-of-contact support for Deposit related and Treasury Management matters for commercial clients. Act as an expert advisor for the clients. Resolve client requests and/or issues independently. Create compelling presentations to convey important statistics to GTP Management, EWB Senior Management, and federal and state regulators, etc. Other duties as assigned based on business need(s). The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $41.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
