Your profile:

You are a strong communicator

and a true team player .

You bring a passion for sales

and customer relationships and are ready to dive into new, complex topics.

You have experience in sales , account management , or consulting

in the B2B sector. A background in SAP is a plus.

A consultative approach

is second nature to you. You understand your clients' challenges and needs and can support them in finding optimal solutions for their requirements—whether through software solutions or consulting services.

Negotiation skills and proficiency with CRM

tools set you apart. You know how to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships .

Ideally, you have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.

You feel comfortable speaking and giving presentations in both

German and English .

Your job:

You actively acquire new customers in the

pharmaceutical

and

medical technology

sectors and handle inquiries to find suitable solutions for their needs.

In the consultative sales process, you identify the best applications for our

SaaS solutions

and consulting

services.

Together with our team, you develop and implement sales strategies aimed at building

sustainable

and value-driven

customer relationships .

You

manage the sales pipeline

for large deals, detect potential bottlenecks early, and take responsibility for the entire tender process for complex projects.

Through close collaboration with

business development ,

marketing , and

product teams , you ensure that our solutions remain up-to-date and aligned with customer requirements.

Success measurement

and regular

reporting

are also part of your tasks, with a focus on KPIs that reflect long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue.
