Join our fast-growing eCommerce agency as an
Affiliate & Paid Media Specialist
focused on supporting TikTok Shop sellers. This role is ideal for someone with experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce who enjoys working with affiliates and creators, optimizing campaigns, and delivering excellent client service. You will manage affiliate partnerships, support paid media execution, and deliver structured reporting to help our sellers grow. What You Will Do
Affiliate & Creator Management
Discover and recruit new affiliates/creators: research and outreach to identify creators aligned with client brand goals. Coordinate affiliate campaigns: share creative briefs, manage sample requests, and communicate guidelines to creators. Support affiliate communications: respond to creator inquiries and provide coaching to maximize campaign success. Track and report on affiliate activity: monitor creator performance, sample status, and campaign milestones. Paid Media Support
Assist in implementing paid media strategies: build and execute TikTok Shop ad campaigns based on client objectives and budgets, including GMV max campaigns. Monitor campaign performance: track spend and key metrics, and adjust tactics to optimize results. Help with daily and weekly reporting: update spreadsheets with key performance metrics for each client. Client-Facing Reporting & Insights
Provide structured reporting: share daily and weekly updates with clients, highlighting wins, challenges, and proposed adjustments. Contribute to performance analysis: help analyze sales and campaign trends, supporting optimization recommendations. Collaborate on strategy: participate in planning discussions with internal teams and clients to set or adjust campaign goals. Who You Are
Ecommerce-Savvy : Experience in ecommerce or social commerce with understanding of retail operations and platforms like TikTok Shop. Self-Starter : Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take initiative to own projects. Analytical & Insightful : Comfortable with data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into actionable recommendations. Creative & Detail-Oriented : Focused on optimizing product listings and campaign content to drive engagement and sales. Collaborative Team Player : Able to work across cross-functional relationships with clients, creators, affiliates, and internal teams. PST Hours: Ideally based in Seattle. West Coast hours with some evenings to align with our China team. Working at Flywheel
