Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Ability to train and guide clients or team members as needed Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment Familiarity with the auto transportation industry is a plus Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous
