Overview

CallRail is looking for an Account Specialist that will work with our highest value customers, including healthcare, legal, financial services, and real estate. The Account Executive team is a core revenue engine for the organization, and you will play a key part in our continued expansion into these key verticals. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, implementation calls and effectively selling CallRail's full suite of industry-leading products and services to inbound leads. What You'll Do

You will conduct product demos for prospects and convert them to free trials Implement net new leads with CallRail’s suite of products and convert them to customers Uncover business initiatives and pain points to map back to our solutions Research and understand various lines of business and personas Sell on Value and Return on Investment vs. technical functionality What You'll Need

Proven track record of exceeding quota as a software Account Executive 2 years of software sales experience as an Account Executive; strong preference for marketing technology sales done over Zoom Experience with high volume B2B sales is a huge plus Amazing written and verbal communication skills Expertise in solution-selling, account planning, and forecasting/pipeline management Can work as part of a team and/or independently Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment BA/BS strongly preferred If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply!
