
Job Title: Regional Sales Representative
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 Base Salary + Commission + Quarterly Bonuses

They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow market share and strengthen channel partnerships across a multi-state territory.
Role Summary The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth throughout the assigned territory. This individual will work closely with distributors, dealers, and strategic accounts, providing both sales and technical support while promoting product adoption and long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, including regional revenue targets and new product initiatives
Develop and execute short- and long-term territory sales strategies
Manage and support relationships with local, regional, and national accounts
Assist distributors and dealers in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Conduct technical and sales training sessions for customers and channel partners
Compile, analyze, and report sales data and forecasts to sales leadership
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and internal teams to drive market growth
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and regional training activities
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction across all interactions
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of sales management or territory-based sales experience
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and CRM platforms
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region
Valid driver’s license and ability to work from a home office
