Building and nurturing strong customer relationships with timely follow-up
Providing friendly, accurate service by answering questions about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing
Using a customer-focused approach to educate clients on the coverage that fits their needs
Communicating clearly to meet customer needs and support business growth
Who You Are:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Have sales experience? That’s a big plus—whether in retail, inside sales, telemarketing, or related fields
Ready and willing to earn your Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (we’ll guide you through it!)
Motivated to meet marketing goals and help customers find the right solutions
