Join our team as a Custom Closet and Storage Product Installer Helper at Closet Factory of Kentucky. In this role, you will assist in the installation of custom closet and storage solutions, providing support to the installation team to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist lead installers with measuring, assembling, and installing custom closet and storage products Transport materials and tools to installation sites in a safe and timely manner Help ensure job sites are kept clean and organized throughout the installation process Follow company safety protocols and workmanship standards Communicate effectively with customers and team members during installations Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure successful project completion Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on ladders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites in Louisville, KY Previous experience in construction, installation, or related fields a plus but not required Benefits
