results, caring and learning. What will you be doing? Support import documentation:
Assure accuracy and integrity of all the company’s import documentation and formal entries into the U.S., in addition to preparing and coordinating the import and classification process related to pre/post entry activities Partner externally:
Ensure high performance from our service providers clearing our products and passengers through Customs & other Government Agencies to their destination Classify products:
Assure accurate classification of all products imported/exported by Caleres to achieve lowest, most favorable duty rates Document updated classifications:
Ensure internal systems are updated with correct classification information Become a subject matter expert:
Understand & support Customs Compliance Rules & Regulations related to Import/Export Communicate with shipping partners:
Promptly respond to our ocean and air brokers, UPS and FedEx requests for missing information and/or documents to clear shipments Perks you will enjoy! Our Shoe Discounts:
