Property Manager

The right candidate must possess a proven track record of successful property management experience and knowledge. We are seeking someone who is well‑versed in property maintenance, property marketing, and property budgets/finances. Candidates must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, possess strong supervisory and personnel management/organizational skills, delegate, and problem‑solve issues. What We Offer:
Pay up to $63,000.00 per year
based on experience and qualifications PLUS $7,200.00 per year
in bonus potential 401k program with up to 3% match Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical Insurance for you, starting at $45.00 per month Paid Time Off – First Year 80 Hours; Year 2‑4 120 Hours; Year 5+ 160 Hours Yearly gifts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Operate the property within the financial guidelines (the budget) Make recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses, and grow net operating income Ensure the property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on guidelines Ensure all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest effect Direct activities of all on‑site personnel and maintain a great working environment for all Process all invoices generated by the property and ensure they are paid in a timely manner Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income Build and maintain a community of residents through resident relations Ensure desired tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent Must have 3+ years of management experience Property management experience preferred but not required Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software Be able to provide great customer service to our residents This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, drug screen and a soft credit review. #J-18808-Ljbffr
