The Blue Wave digital team works with candidates, committees, and organizations to ensure their digital programs reflect and add to the value of the work they’re already doing. We offer full-service digital strategy and execution, from email to social media to mobile to digital advertising. We work closely with our clients to plan, execute, and analyze their digital presence to create dynamic programs that cut through the noise and build real grassroots movements. Responsibilities

Develop email and social media calendars for assigned clients that incorporates overall strategy for each client as well as specific client preference and policy focus Use HTML to code emails and landing pages in our clients’ CRMs (NGP, ActionNetwork) Draft copy for emails, landing pages, and mobile messages that incorporates each client’s style and voice Develop and execute regular testing for email tactics and messaging Manage proofing, quality assurance testing, and content approval process for assigned clients Develop email list segmentation strategies to maximize our clients’ reach Other duties as assigned Eligibility

1-3 years of experience in digital fundraising, marketing, communications, or similar Skills

Strong commitment to Democratic values and the mission of electing Democrats Ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines and prioritize tasks is essential Exceedingly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong writing skills and experience best practices for campaign writing Some HTML or CSS coding experience Experience managing social media accounts a plus Marketing, Communications, or related degree a plus, but not required
