The Product & Sales Planning Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across Product Marketing Strategy, Product Planning, and Sales Planning. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Volkswagen defines, develops, and positions its vehicles for success in the North American market. The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams to support strategic planning, portfolio development, and volume forecasting — ensuring products align with customer expectations, market trends, and business goals. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree completed December 2024 or later with a focus in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Information Technology or related field. Skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience with market research, forecasting, or consumer insights (internship experience preferred).
