team and help connect businesses to the world! You will be working with a top 5 global logistics organisation. Cargowise / CW1 users very welcome ! Freight Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate international shipments (Import via Ocean)
Prepare and manage shipping documentation including B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork
Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding or logistics (preferred)
Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with freight forwarding software – Cargowise / CW1 ideally
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
