Used Car Manager
to lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle department.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department
Manage inventory acquisition, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
Appraise trade-ins and acquire inventory through auctions and wholesale channels
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/inventory accordingly
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the dealership's high standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or in a similar leadership role within a dealership
Strong knowledge of vehicle values, reconditioning processes, and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
