We have moved past the initial experimental phase. With paying customers, a product in production, and a high-intent inbound pipeline, we are ready to accelerate. Up to this point, lead generation has been handled entirely by the founders. We are now at the inflection point where we need a founding hunter to lead our charge into the market.

As our

Founding Business Development Representative , you will not be following a pre-written script. You will be the architect of our outbound engine, figuring out how to communicate the power of this technology to Managing Partners at the country’s most prestigious firms. This is a chance to build from zero, creating the creative tactics and playbooks that will serve as the foundation for our entire sales organization.

The Role As our Founding BDR, you will own the top of the funnel with a 70% focus on outbound prospecting and a 30% focus on qualifying inbound leads. Working directly with the founders, our Enterprise Account Executive, and Sales Development Rep, you will build a cold outreach strategy from scratch.

This is a high-stakes, creative role. Your primary targets are Managing Partners at top-tier litigation firms. However, you are flexible enough to think on your feet. If the top level is blocked, you will creatively navigate the firm to find an entry point through Partners or Senior Associates. You are responsible for multi-channel outreach including email, conferences, LinkedIn, and phone to secure qualified demos.
