
We are seeking a Disposition Manager to join our team on a part-time, deal-by-deal basis. We currently sell 2–4 deals per month, with each deal requiring approximately 5–10 hours of work.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating buyer relationships, qualifying buyers and adding them to our CRM, problem-solving throughout the disposition process, and driving deals all the way to the closing table.
If you hold a valid Colorado Real Estate License, you will also be responsible for listing any properties that are not sold off-market.
