We are seeking a precision-driven Senior Design Associate to bridge the gap between visionary concepts and production-ready reality. In this role you will own the technical integrity of seasonal collections. From mastering complex Bill of Materials (BOM) to leading cross-functional alignment with Production and Merchandising, you will be the engine that ensures our world-class designs are executed to the highest standards of fit, quality, and durability. If you thrive in a fast-paced PLM environment and possess elite Adobe Illustrator skills, please apply! Responsibilities:Creative Execution & Sketching: Lead the design process by creating sophisticated, production-ready CAD sketches in Adobe Illustrator. Set the standard for sketch quality and technical accuracy for the broader team.Technical Ownership: Oversee the creation and finalization of comprehensive Tech Packs. Take full responsibility for the integrity of construction details, ensuring every garment meets our rigorous brand standards.PLM Strategy & BOM Management: Direct the management of the Bill of Materials (BOM) within the PLM system. Ensure total data integrity across all styles, managing complex material, trim, and colorway assignments.Project Management & Miro Oversight: Drive seasonal storytelling and organizational clarity by managing high-level Miro boards, utilizing them as a strategic tool for design reviews and executive alignment.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary design liaison for Production and Merchandising teams.
