We are looking for a strategic Product Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth and set our monetization strategy across Firefly.com (web & mobile) and our Creative Suite bundles. You will define how Firefly technology and products are leveraged and monetized across our entire ecosystem.

This role is accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible position that requires clear critical thinking and the ability to implement strategy all the way down to the nitty-gritty details.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Gen AI growth and monetization strategies and has a deep interest in creative industries. You will demonstrate the ability to influence teams in Product, Marketing, GTM, Finance, and Data Science, using strong quantitative skills to drive consensus.

What You Will Do

Define and drive the overall Firefly monetization strategy: Lead the evolution of plan tiering, pricing, feature gating, offers, and AI-powered personalization.

Lead the global roll-out of new plans & pricing: Orchestrate successful launches in coordination with your cross-functional partners.

Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with product management, design, finance, and strategy to ensure monetization supports user value.

Executive influence: Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives to secure agreement for new business models.

Deep market intelligence: Develop deep knowledge of the Firefly business, generative models, and differentiated capabilities (creative control, content quality). Be the expert in market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers in the Gen AI space.

GTM Strategy & Positioning: Work with partners to define a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win in each category. Position our plans and pricing with clear value propositions and differentiation in the market.

Experimentation & Optimization: Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment. Own the experiment roadmap to continuously improve our offerings and tactics.

Qualifications

Senior Strategy & Growth Experience: Self-starter and proactive leader with 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, growth marketing, or strategy consulting.

Creative Industry Knowledge: Experienced senior-level PMM who understands Creative professionals and their expectations from tools across domains such as Photography, Imaging, Design, 3D, and Video.

Quantitative Mastery: Strong quantitative skills with proven experience leading pricing, growth, plans, and monetization at a global scale.

Analytical Rigor: Deep experience running and orchestrating experiments (A/B testing, conjoint & Maxdiff research) with a drive to constantly optimize.

Influence in Matrixed Environments: Strong EQ and leadership ability. Proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders in a highly matrixed, global organization.

Executive Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to set short and long-term strategic priorities.

Passion for Innovation: A relentless focus on customer experience and a passion for how creativity will be transformed by AI/ML.

"Owner-Operator" Attitude: A working style that combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

BA/BS Degree preferred OR 12+ years of experience product management/growth marketing/product marketing OR equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

In New York, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
