This is a full-time on-site position as a Sales Administrative Assistant located in Mobile, AL. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by managing administrative and customer service tasks. Key responsibilities include data entry, updating sales records, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and addressing client inquiries. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support the sales function efficiently. Qualifications

Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing schedules, managing documentation, and supporting office operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and interact with the sales team Proficiency in Sales processes and strategies to support sales operations and maintain detailed records Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing Data Entry tasks Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business or administration are a plus
