Shape and capture new opportunities for domestic sales of existing or derivative aircraft product lines, including Fury. Develop and execute strategies for organic growth of existing autonomous aircraft product lines, including Fury. Provide analysis and insight to senior leaders to inform strategic decision-making, including win-themes, price-to-win analysis, and partnerships. Support engagement campaigns with key DoD stakeholders and Capitol Hill related to capture efforts. Assist customers in addressing operational requirements and closing capability gaps with current Anduril products and/or derivatives. Collaborate with technical teams to develop growth and product strategies for Autonomous Airpower. Develop and maintain close, trusted partner relationships with offices of senior military and civilian US Government customers, current and prospective customers, and industry partners. Foster a culture of trust, innovation, collaboration, and mission focus. Deliver on financial performance commitments and strategic market growth. Required qualifications
Knowledge of target customers across the DoD and a working understanding of government acquisition. Experience with US Air Force program offices; strong understanding of the US Air Force customer community, requirements process, and operational needs. Experience working with classified and/or special access programs. Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior officials and program stakeholders. Excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the defense sector. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications
Real-world operational experience in the USAF flying tactical fighter aircraft. Military service requirements authorship and/or acquisitions leadership experience. High sense of personal ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to lead and influence people in environments with ambiguity across teams. Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. US Salary Range:
$191,000 - $253,000 USD The salary range is an estimate based on compensation factors. Actual offers vary by work experience, education, skills, and business considerations. Anduril offers competitive benefits and equity as part of total compensation.
