
Sr. Director, Product Management
Our client is a CPG manufacturer and brand in the automotive aftermarket, selling custom-fit vehicle protection and accessory products through DTC ecommerce and omnichannel distribution.
We’re hiring a senior product leader to own and grow a multi-category consumer products portfolio across DTC ecommerce and omnichannel channels. This role has full accountability for category strategy, product innovation, assortment management, and portfolio P&L performance.
Responsibilities
lead category/brand strategy, annual planning, and multi-year roadmaps
own category P&L, driving profitable growth, market share, and product health
lead product innovation from concept through launch, including business cases and positioning
drive assortment and SKU lifecycle management, including SKU optimization and rationalization
use data and consumer insights to improve in-market performance and identify whitespace
partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, operations, and vendors
present category strategies and product plans to internal leaders and key customers
Qualifications
10+ years in product marketing, product management, product development, or category management (consumer goods/manufacturer)
proven omnichannel experience with direct ecommerce exposure
strong financial and analytical skills (pricing, margin, profitability, portfolio performance)
track record of delivering successful product launches and managing complex assortments
excellent communication skills and executive presence
