Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Over 10 years of experience, includingportuni 5+ years of overseas financing experience with listed companies and 2‑3 major project financing cases.
Hands‑on leadership of major financing deals—debt and equity—for publicly listed or multinational companies.
Proven track record with U.S.‑based equity raises (Series B–D, IPO, or secondary offerings) and a documented investor network.
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis skills, able to translateelseif strategy into actionable growth.
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
