The City of Reno is currently accepting applications for various Youth part-time positions. We have many positions available that cater to different interests and skills. Youth Activity Lead ($16.75–$18.75/hour) Youth Activity Site Attendant III ($15–$16.50/hour) Youth Activity Site Attendant II ($13–$14.25/hour) For more information about our program and sites available, please visit our website. Independently lead program curriculum and administrative projects. Facilitate program direction and supervise junior staff. Monitor and enforce policies, rules, and safety regulations governing the conduct of patrons and staff. Youth Activity Site Attendant III
Independently leads participants in activities and/or may monitor activities led by other staff. Communicates with patrons in alignment with Youth program standards. May perform higher-level clerical functions such as drafting incident reports and maintaining documentation. Youth Activity Site Attendant II
Leads participants in activities & directs facility use as assigned. Qualifications
Some positions may have a higher age requirement than 15 and require additional certifications for employment. The minimum qualification requirements for the Youth positions can be found below. Youth Activity Lead
Age: 18 Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Six months paid experience leading recreation programs or similar work Youth Activity Site Attendant III
Age: 16 Education: One year of high school Experience: Six months paid experience leading recreation programs or similar work Youth Activity Site Attendant II
