Overview

The Business Analytics team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals. Responsibilities

Build a deep understanding of each client’s strategic priorities, competitive landscape, and growth objectives. Translate those needs into practical, data driven solutions. Ensure analytics produces clear, compelling, and actionable insights. Shape those insights into narratives that influence decisions and drive business outcomes. Lead the development of the Measurement Plan and Learning Agenda, including the design of measurable tests with well defined KPIs tied to client goals. Own media performance reporting across multiple campaigns, in close partnership with Planning and Investment teams. Deliver clear analysis that explains results and informs next actions. Ensure timely and high quality delivery of all scheduled and ad hoc work. Recommend and implement research that strengthens consumer understanding and supports strategy development. Identify and drive continuous improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working. Lead, mentor, and develop managers and Associate Directors, building strong teams and future leaders. Required Skills

Proven ability to develop solutions using analytics, critical thinking, and clear problem definition. Able to clarify strategic and operational issues related to data and drive them to resolution. Deep industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data, combined with experience in integrated marketing across media and customer journeys, including first and third party data, data lakes, clean rooms, audience based and data driven advertising, and responsibility for budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI measurement. Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong track record of building trusted, effective client relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Able to explain complex, unstructured business problems clearly and translate them into practical, differentiated marketing programs. Ability to train, coach, and develop colleagues. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with demonstrated proficiency in business writing, presenting, analysis, and project management, including scope, budget, and timing. Education And Experience

A university degree and 7+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting. Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required. Compensation and Benefits

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range: $90,000—$165,000 USD. Role Details

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
