The Senior Director of Business Intelligence plays a critical leadership role in building, scaling, and operationalizing TEAM Services Group’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. This role partners closely with and reports to the SVP Finance. This individual will lead two distinct teams: Brand Business Intelligence, which consists of a Sr. Manager of BI and analysts, and Corporate Business Intelligence, which consists of a Manager of BI and analysts. This position operates at both the strategic and execution levels—leading analytics initiatives, advising senior leaders, and ensuring data systems, reporting, and insights directly support operational and financial decision-making across the TEAM Services Group portfolio. What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12–24 months, the Senior Director will: Execute and operationalize the enterprise BI strategy in partnership with Brand Business Leaders and various Corporate teams (advocacy, strategy, finance, RCM, payroll, HR). Deliver consistent, trusted dashboards and reporting used by executives and brand leaders. Establish shared KPIs and reporting standards across all brands. Improve visibility into operational, financial, workforce, and revenue performance. Strengthen data governance, quality, and adoption across the organization. Build and develop a high-performing business intelligence team. Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Analytics & Strategy Execution Translate executive objectives into scalable analytics frameworks, KPIs, and measurement systems. Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend data-driven actions to improve business performance. Data Infrastructure, Reporting & Governance Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, reporting tools. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems and brands. Drive automation and scalability in reporting to improve efficiency and speed to insight. Support the evolution of BI tools, data models, and advanced analytics capabilities. Executive & Brand Consulting Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to brand leaders and senior stakeholders across TEAM Services Group, as well as brand level BI analysts. Strategize on datasets to bring into data warehouse and partner with Data Team on data acquisition projects. Scale our M/I/O operating reports across all brands, across all segments, to drive volume growth. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop business intelligence team members. Set clear priorities, standards, and expectations for analytics delivery. Promote a data-driven culture through strong data storytelling, visualization, and interpretation. Champion best practices in analytics, insight delivery, and stakeholder partnership. Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering. 5+ years of experience leading analytics teams and enterprise initiatives. Proven experience building and scaling BI infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting systems. Strong experience working with operational and financial datasets in multi-location or service-based organizations. Advanced expertise in BI tools (Power BI preferred), SQL, and data warehousing concepts. Travel required: 25% of time. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, or a related field. Experience supporting multi-brand or portfolio organizations. Familiarity with workforce analytics, operational KPIs, and revenue performance metrics. Experience with advanced analytics, automation, predictive modeling, or machine learning. Core Competencies
