Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or System Analysis, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience
Extensive experience leading an Enterprise Architecture team, typically over 10 years in IT and business or industry roles, including strategic and operational planning
Over 10 years of expertise in at least three domains such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations
Experience across various technologies and processing environments
Fluent in English with native-level proficiency
Familiarity with DevOps and Agile technology landscapes
Responsibilities
Develop metrics to showcase and enhance the value of the Enterprise Architecture function and mentor Domain Architects and Solution Architects in their roles
Ensure alignment of capabilities essential for achieving KDP’s goals and objectives, establishing target state architecture and three-year capability roadmaps
Optimize IT investments by promoting the reuse of existing technology solutions and minimizing costs and complexities while future-proofing the IT landscape
Create an adaptable IT architecture to meet changing business needs and technical advancements, while championing Enterprise Architecture principles and standards in decision-making
Implement application portfolio management, technology rationalization, and technology lifecycle management programs, while identifying cost‑saving opportunities and technology/security risks for incorporation into Annual Operating Plans
Guide solution architecture for product teams and AOP initiatives by assessing technical impacts, evolving conceptual frameworks, and ensuring detailed designs align with Enterprise Architecture directives
Evaluate the implications of emerging technologies on IT architecture and business advantages, and outline a pragmatic roadmap for adoption if deemed beneficial
