Responsible for driving sales growth for the Bay Area and West Coast Semiconductor OEM market by supporting existing business and developing new opportunities. Provides direct customer support, promotes Azbil’s value propositions, and creates compelling proposals and presentations. Conducts market analysis, supports quotations, and manages leads and projects via Salesforce.com. Essential Functions

Create new business opportunities and expand existing business by identifying and addressing customer needs Lead discussions with key customer engineers to understand development roadmaps and project goals Propose and deliver solutions that contribute to customer success and support internal product development Drive opportunities to closure by aligning with the customer’s timeline, procurement process, and internal decision-making flow Demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales process and how technical engagement influences outcomes Collaborate with sales and engineering teams on technical projects, solution proposals, and product adaptations Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term account success Minimum Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Account Manager in a similar field (required) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent (required) Working knowledge of sensing and control technologies (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow) as applied to process equipment Strong business referrals from direct customers (required) High-frequency customer visits are expected to ensure close relationship management Timely and accurate logging of activities into the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system Desired Experience

Advanced expertise in Semi manufacturing processes in the target market, particularly (Etch, ALD, CVD etc ) Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer engineers Solid understanding of the sales process and how technical input drives customer decisions and project advancement Familiarity with the target market’s key players and the ability to leverage a strong network within those customers A standard office environment and uses general business tools (mobile phone, laptop, etc.). Travel is required; approximately 10% should be expected.
