Accel-KKR seeks to recruit an Investor Relations professional to be based in Menlo Park, CA. The successful candidate will support Pat Fallon (Managing Director, COO & Head of Investor Relations) and Lizzie Wolf (Principal, Co-Head of Capital Solutions) as well as work closely with other members of the Investor Relations and internal Firm Operations teams. Investor Relations:

LP Coverage:

Lead on day-to-day management of select LP relationships. Liaise with Senior team to support their interactions with LPs. LPAB Management:

Work closely with Senior team on LPAB management. Including material creation, update calls and managing consent processes. Secondaries:

Manage LP secondaries processes as they arise in collaboration with Senior team as well as broader internal Firm Operations team (Finance, Legal & Compliance). Research:

Conduct research and provide summary information to Senior team in a variety of areas (Market, Investors, Geographies, Reporting, Peer/Industry Best Practices). LP Communications:

Written Materials:

Assist with the content messaging in Quarterly LP letters as well as AGM Presentations, Webinar Updates and Firm Overview Materials. Investor Requests:

In partnership with broader IR team, accurate and timely completion of existing and prospective LP data requests, surveys and due diligence questionnaires. LP Relationships:

Own select LP relationships throughout fundraising process – both existing and prospective. Assist with all other LP relationships as needed. LP Meetings:

Ability to manage LP meetings with senior investment team members. Data Room:

Manage VDR content and workflow with Investment and internal Firm Operations team. Legal Process:

Manage day-to-day communication with outside counsel’s mid-level team members. Actively participate in all legal calls and keep the internal Firm Operations team coordinated. Communication:

Ability to communicate priorities and progress to various stakeholders. Active listening and the ability to adapt messages to different audiences. Demonstrates a high level of executive presence, both in person and in written communications. Stakeholder Management:

Skilled at identifying and understanding stakeholder needs, building relationships and managing expectations. Able to negotiate, resolve conflicts and influence stakeholders. Ability to navigate within the organization (particularly with Finance and Compliance) will be a factor of success. Proactivity:

Highly motivated and action-oriented, takes initiative to support the team and can also work autonomously. Organizational Skills & Project Management:

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong planning skills including the development of Fundraising processes, travel meeting itineraries, etc. Successfully manage long-running projects including resource allocation and tracking milestones and key deadlines. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex and confidential information. Adaptability:

Patience and enthusiasm while working under pressure to manage a diverse array of tasks. Demonstrates comfort with change and a growth mindset. Is flexible and maintains composure under pressure. Minimum of 5 years of Investor Relations experience in the Software Private Equity sector preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various VC platforms including Teams and Zoom.
