Director of Marketing
to lead and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy. This role will own the firm’s marketing vision, budget, and performance reporting, while working closely with executive leadership to support growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in service-based marketing, digital strategy, and client engagement within a regulated or professional services environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct accountability for results and visibility with the executive board. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that supports firm growth, brand positioning, and client engagement Lead internet and digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online lead generation Oversee social media marketing strategy and content to strengthen brand presence and client “touchpoints” Plan, manage, and execute client-facing and prospect events, seminars, and community initiatives Integrate direct mail campaigns with online and digital marketing efforts for cohesive outreach Design and manage consistent client communication and engagement programs Own marketing analytics and KPIs; deliver clear, actionable performance reporting to the executive board Manage and allocate a marketing budget starting at ~$500K, with plans to scale to $1M+ Evaluate and optimize marketing technology, including HubSpot CRM and marketing automation Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, advisors, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of measurable results Strong expertise in digital and internet marketing within a service-oriented or professional services environment (financial services experience preferred) Demonstrated experience managing and scaling significant marketing budgets Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms Experience coordinating events and integrating offline and online marketing strategies Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into executive-level insights Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Base salary: ~$125,000, plus performance-based bonuses. Negotiable based on experience.
