About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Director with strong expertise in wealth management, banking operations, and card products (credit/debit/prepaid). The ideal candidate will drive financial strategy, oversee wealth portfolios, optimize banking and card product performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with executive leadership to shape long‑term financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Wealth Management
Oversee high‑value client portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
Lead wealth strategy development across investments, estate planning, insurance, and tax optimization.
Analyze financial markets and recommend portfolio adjustments aligned with client goals.
Financial Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to C‑level leadership.
Supervise and mentor finance teams across wealth, banking, and card verticals.
