Shape and execute growth strategy in partnership with regional and functional leaders Lead critical initiatives across operations, portfolio optimization, and market entry Deliver board-level analysis and recommendations with commercial impact Support M&A and investment decisions as part of broader corporate strategy What you’ll bring
Proven experience in corporate strategy or transformation within industrials, mining, chemicals, or heavy manufacturing A background that blends strategic acumen with operational exposure — not purely advisory Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder credibility at executive level Engineering, Business or Finance degree essential; MBA a strong plus Who this suits
