Wescon is a highly specialized precision aviation tool manufacturer with offices in Lake Forest, CA and Houston, TX. Our products are 100% designed and manufactured in the United States. We take pride in serving the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry since 1987. We’re looking for a sales manager responsible for direct sales to aviation and aerospace manufacturers and related firms in the United States. Job Responsibilities
Building a growth strategy centered around brand awareness and financial growth. Identify prospective aircraft and aerospace manufacturers and decision makers within organizations. Leverage your network to identify potential business opportunities. Convert prospective leads into clients. Competitor and market awareness to emphasize Wescon’s value proposition. Network with key decision makers within airlines at events, workshops and trade associations. Account Management. Ability to negotiate and close contracts. In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services. Job Requirements
Excellent presentation and communication skills. 5-10 years experience in North and South American markets. 2-5 years experience in the aviation industry. Preferred Qualifications
Degree in business administration, sales or equivalent experience. Fluency in Spanish. Familiarity with precision aviation tools. Location:
